On Sunday, 15th May, 2022 the 1st XI take to the road as they head to Ropery Lane to take on what will be a very strong Chester-le-Street side in the ECB National Club Championship. The match starts at 1pm.

Tom Gavin’s team earned the away fixture following their victory at Park Drive over Driffield Town in the previous round.

Speaking just ahead of the fixture, Tom commented : “The Chester-le-Street match will be a very tough game, against an excellent “Chester” team who play in the North East Premier League. We will have to be at our very best to get through to the next round. However, we take confidence from our performance in the last round and look forward to the challenge”.
