The Junior Section’s Annual General Meeting is being held on Wednesday, 25th January, 2023, commencing at 7.30pm. It is being held in the Clubhouse.

A copy of the Agenda for the AGM is shown below, plus a copy of the Minutes of the AGM held in 2022. A copy of the Chair’s Report prepared by David JB Thompson is also attached. The Treasurer’s Report, prepared by Susanne Wilkinson, will be shared in due course.

If you would like to be nominated for membership of the Junior Committee, then please e-mail Andrew Dixon, (Secretary), by 18th January, 2023 : rachel.dixon1@sky.com You’ll need to provide your name, the position you are wanting to hold and the names of your proposer and your seconder. The following positions are available, :-

- Chair;
- Club Safeguarding Officer : Formerly appointed at Senior Club’s AGM;
- Treasurer;
- Director of Coaching;
- Secretary;
- Women and Girls Representative;
- Link Clubmark Co-ordination : Formerly appointed at Senior Club’s AGM;
- Junior Club Representative;
- Fundraising Secretary;
- Parent / Carer Representative;
- Team Managers : Under 9s; Under 11s; Under 12s; Under 13s; Under 14s; Under 15s; and Under 17s : mixed and girls teams, as appropriate; and
- Coaches : Monkeys; Under 9s; Under 11s; Under 12s; Under 13s; Under 14s; Under 15s; and Under 17s : mixed and girls teams, as appropriate.

In the event that the proposed Rule change is agreed, (ie. the addition of the post of Vice Chair), nominations are also required for the position of Vice Chair.

Individual nominations aren’t required for the positions of Liaison Representative from High Tunstall College of Science and Hartlepool Power Station Cricket Club Representative. These positions will be confirmed at the AGM.

The position of President is appointed by the Committee. Michael Gough Senior is to continue as the Junior Section’s President.

In order to attend the AGM and to be nominated for a position you MUST be a member of Hartlepool Cricket Club. You can become a member of the Cricket Club by visiting the Cricket Club and taking out a membership over the bar.
