5. Junior Section Inclusion and Diversity Monitoring Information 2019

Based upon the Inclusion and Diversity Monitoring Forms which were returned for 2019, the following statistics are confirmed, with these being based upon the returned Forms, :-

Male Members : 100% - this figure ignores the fact that the Junior Section has female members;

Ethnicity of Young Cricketers : 83% White English; 8% White British; 4% Asian / Asian British Pakistani; 2% Asian / Asian British Indian; and 3% no response;

Religion, or Belief of Young Cricketers : 59% no response; 35% Christian; 4% Muslim; and 2% Zordastrian; and

Young Cricketers Considered to be Disabled by Parents, or Carers : 92% not disabled; 2% disabled; and 6% no response.

The return rate of the Inclusion and Diversity Monitoring Forms was less than 50% of the Junior Sections membership. The completion of these Forms was purely voluntary. Consequently, the above statistics, particularly as to the sex of Junior Members, does not fully represent actual membership levels.
